It would appear that a walkway to the lake has <br /> recently been constructed/placed on this property without a land use permit from the county <br /> zoning office, as required under section 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If a permit is submitted by August 15, 2025 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a Land Use Permit, the regular rate would be $125.00, and the rate for <br /> 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is $250.00.
