It would appear that a deck has been constructed on your property without a <br /> Land Use Permit. This is required under Section 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed without a Land Use Permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal <br /> fee for after-the-fact permitting. If a permit is submitted by February 15th, 2024 we can reduce <br /> it to 2 times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a Land Use Permit. The regular rate would be $125 and the rate for 2 <br /> times the regular amount for after-the-fact permitting is $250. <br /> Enclosed is a Land Use Permit Application. Please fill it out and return it to our office along with <br /> a sketch and payment. <br /> If you have questions please contact our department.
