It would appear that a storage structure has <br /> been constructed/placed on this property without land use permits from the county zoning <br /> office. As required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a land use permit is required for any <br /> structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by March 1, 2024 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit,the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for 2 <br /> times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application.
