It would appear that a garage has been <br /> constructed/placed on this property without a Land Use Permit from the county zoning office. <br /> As required under Section 30-658 of our ordinances, a Land Use Permit is required for any <br /> structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by November 15, 2024 we can reduce it <br /> to 2 times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a Land Use Permit, the regular rate would be$150.00, and the rate for <br /> 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is$300.00.
