It would appear that a dwelling has been <br /> constructed/placed on this property without a land use permit from the county zoning office, as <br /> required under Section 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If a permit is submitted by March 15, 2024 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. The regular rate would be $300.00 for a dwelling. The rate for 2 times the <br /> amount for after-the-fact permitting is $600.00. <br /> Enclosed is a land use permit application. Please fill it out and return to our office along with a <br /> sketch and payment. <br /> Additionally we have no record of a sanitary system so that issue will need to be resolved.
