Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can <br /> charge up to 3 times the normal fee for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by <br /> March 15, 2024 we can reduce it to 2 times the fee. <br /> The regular rate would be $200.00 for a dwelling addition and the rate for 2 times for after-the- <br /> fact permitting is $400.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application. She will submit a land use permit and then we'll do <br /> a site visit, then come up with an action plan.
