It would appear that an addition to an accessory structure has been <br /> constructed sometime between 2018 and 2020 without a Land Use Permit as required under section <br /> 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee for <br /> after-the-fact permitting. If a permit is submitted by February 15, 2025 then we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. The regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact permitting <br /> is $300.00. <br /> This addition appears to be over the property line and will need to be resolved before a permit can be <br /> issued. <br /> Enclosed is a Land Use Permit Application.
