As required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a Land <br /> Use Permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee for after-the-fact <br /> permitting. If a permit is submitted by January 30, 2025 we can reduce it to 2 times the fee. <br /> The regular rate would be $150.00 for an accessory structure and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact <br /> permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a Land Use Permit Application.
