One should have also <br /> come with your paperwork at the time of your closing. <br /> You have two options to resolve this situation. <br /> 1. Rent your STR only to 2 people/guests. <br /> 2. Work with a WI Licensed plumber to increase the size of your septic system. <br /> As stated in our Licensing Requirements (1a.)you are not allowed to rent or advertise for more than what the septic <br /> system is sized for. <br /> a. Private On-Site Wastewater Sanitary System (POWTS) shall accommodate design flow for the number of <br /> occupants being rented to and for the number of occupants being advertised for. <br /> Please update your listings to 2 guests on Airbnb &Vrbo. If you wish to rent to more people than 2 people,then you will <br /> need to increase the size of your septic system.
