STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETINGS <br /> LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS - THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON There were no <br /> public comments. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Shimanski, seconded by Supervisor Moyer. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 2, 2025, MEETING Motion to approve the <br /> minutes of September 2, 2025, meeting was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Karen Laqua Anderson. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on August <br /> 27 and September 3 2025. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> MAP AMENDMENT #MAP-25-06 — HICKS To rezone the parcel with tax id: 33578, with <br /> addresses 1477 and 1480 Kessler Rd, the W '/z of the SE '/4 of the SE '/4, Section 2, T4ON, R14W, <br /> located in the Town of Scott, from F-1 (Forestry) to A-2 (Agricultural-Residential) zoning <br /> district. Zoning change requested by Geoffrey Alan Hicks. Note: Conditional Use Permit CUP- <br /> 25-17 goes along with this request. <br />
