It does not appear that this survey is based on the exist- <br /> ing U.S. Public Land Survey Monument record. If this is the case, <br /> then a new U.S. Public Land Survey Monument will have to be prepared <br /> in accordance with A-E 5.02 (Adm. Code). <br /> (2) The "North Section line as established by T. Sager..." is not the <br /> same line based upon the U.S. Public Land Survey Monument Records <br /> for the N"/4 and NE corner Section 21. Since the reference bearing <br /> must be related to the nearest exterior line, east-west 1/4 line, or <br /> north-south 1/4 line (as per 236.20 (2) i Wisc. Statutes), I would <br /> suggest that this CSM be tied into and referenced to the Section <br /> line. If not, then a new U.S. Public land Survey Monument record <br /> would have to be prepared for the NE corner Section 21. <br /> (3) The presence of County Trunk Highway "A" should be acknowledged <br /> along or abutting the North line of Lot 1. See 236.20 (2) (f). <br /> (4) The Surveyor's Certificate refers to the subdivision ordinance of <br /> Washburn County. This should be Burnett County. <br /> Enclosed herewith find the U.S. Public Land Survey Monument Records for <br /> the N�/4 and NE Corner Section 21 , for reference. <br /> Sincerely, 4rz7 7 //J <br />
