Johnson Lake Rd. <br /> PIN#: 07-020-2-40-16-23-5-05-005-024100 <br /> Filling and Grading <br /> Additional Conditions: <br /> 1) Notify Burnett County at least 2 business days prior to site excavation so staff maybe <br /> present for inspection purposes: <br /> Paul Cook 715-349-2186 or 715-497-6755 <br /> 2) No impervious surfaces are allowed within graded/excavated area shown on the <br /> submitted drawing, with the exception of a single walkway, not to exceed 4 feet in <br /> width from the structure to the proposed steps <br /> 3) No runoff from impervious surfaces (i.e. roof, driveway, etc) may be conveyed onto <br /> the area of excavation during construction or following final construction and must be <br /> permanently directed away from the lake and slope using gutters and downspouts or <br /> other water conveyance structures <br /> 4) Temporary grading will be required— a single Sump will be constructed prior to any <br /> other excavation. Refer to the drawing and consult staff on-site. <br /> 5) A ditch check, consisting of a double row of staked and trenched straw bales, will be <br /> installed to fully contain any potential runoff in the 6 foot wide "walkway cut" area. <br /> Refer to the drawing. <br /> 6) All erosion control measures should be inspected and maintained, if needed, within 24 <br /> hours of a 0.5 inch rain eventor more. <br /> 7) All graded areas should be permanently stabilized within one calendar week of the <br /> start of excavation. <br /> �o n�/i <br /> 5�i elf �a � Z <br />
