VARIANCE#VAR-15-21 <br /> PAUL SCH WARTZ <br /> CONDITIONS OF VARIANCE; <br /> 1. House dimensions are noted as 24'x36', Slab on grade with minimal crawlspace allowed. Two <br /> bedrooms as specified. Single story home only. <br /> 2. No lakeside exit to the home will be permitted whatsoeve. <br /> 3. Westward exit will permit a maximum of a six foot deep deck that extends from the lakeside <br /> corner of the house towards the road to the minimum allowed setback per this variance. Stairs <br /> on the westward side must meet six foot deep and lake setback of 45 feet and road setback of <br /> 14 feet. The secondary northward exit on the roadside will permit a 5'x5' deck and the <br /> minimum stairs required to appease building code. <br /> 4. Existing trailer house and its decks must be fully removed from the property within the <br /> applicable time of the land use permit that is obtained. <br /> 5. Existing shed must be moved back behind the house, but in no case may violate the reduced <br /> setbacks that have been granted per this variance, If a conforming location (using variance <br /> setbacks) cannot be located, the shed must be moved across the road to a conforming location <br /> meeting all setbacks. <br />
