This sewage vent line is part of the adjacent property owner private sewage system.
This encroachment of the private sewage system upon our property is in violation of the
County zoning ordinances and Wisconsin State Statutes. Please notify the adjacent land
owner located in Section 14 and any others who have responsibility for the installation of
the sewage system and direct the responsible party to make immediate correction of this
condition to comply with the governing ordinances. A copy of the survey map is included.
Our preference is the sewage system to be removed from our property and including the
required set back distance from our property line. The area occupied by the sewage
system removed from our property to be filled and compacted with earth . The earth to be
free of contaminates and common to the area. The Burnett County Zoning Office to
approve the relocation and corrective work.
An option to removal of the drainfield by the Owner in Section 14, may be the granting of
a lease , to leave the drainage field remain in the present location. This would be in
exchange for the granting of a lease by the property Owner in Section 14, for the future
installation of a sewage drainage field on the owner's property in Section 14, by the
property Owner in Section 23. The future drain field would he adjacent to the existing
drainfield and extend into the property of the Owner in Section 24, a distance of
approximately 50 feet from the closest point to the property line, and a field width of
approximately 14 feet. Each lease would run the life of the sewage drain field.
Please provide Louis and myself a copy of your letter to the present land owner, Mr. Alan
Niedfeldt.
Sincerely, C: Louis D'Jock
Alan Niedfeldt
D is F.
