The purpose of this an-site inspection <br /> was to check on the possibilities of an addition to the existing cabin. <br /> After measuring the setback to the lake, I informed Mr. Rigby that an <br /> addition could be built as long as it was forty (40) feet back from <br /> the ordinary highwater mark of the lake and an approved sanitary system <br /> was installed. <br /> If this proposed addition would increase the appraised value of the <br /> existing cabin by 50% a conditional permit, one issued by the Land Use <br /> Committee, would be required instead of a building permit issued by <br /> this office. I cannot guarantee the Committee's decision on this <br /> conditional permit.
