You will be pleased to know your application is <br /> approved with a few limitations. <br /> Please take this time to re-read the permit eligibility standards and conditions. The permit conditions are also attached to this letter and list the conditions which <br /> must be followed. <br /> A copy of this letter and the attached permit conditions must be posted for reference at <br /> the project site. You are responsible for meeting all general permit eligibility <br /> standards and permit conditions. <br /> Please note you are required to submit photographs of the completed project within 7 <br /> days after you've finished construction.
