<br /> SUR VEYOR'S NOTES: Register of Deeds
<br /> 1) The survey mapped hereon is a survey of two existing parcels. Lot 2 as
<br /> depicted hereon consists of land described in deeds recorded as Vol. 224,
<br /> p.496 and V.256, p.393 with a boundary adjustment described in V.388, p.18 and corrected in Document No. 400916.
<br /> The two deed descriptions are based on a survey by Fred Evert dated May 1964 and filed as D-684 in the county
<br /> survey records. These coincide with Parcels 3 and 4 of the Evert Survey, Lot 1 of the map hereon contains Parcel 5
<br /> of the Evert survey, however the description in the deed, recorded as Document No. 364488, includes additional land
<br /> lying north of Parcel 5. The description of the additional land is based on the Evert survey, but there is no record
<br /> that the north line of Lot 2 was ever surveyed.
<br /> 2) We found a number of monuments that have no record of origin and were not accepted for boundary evidence.
<br /> All were up 12" to 18" and were bent and leaning. For posterity, I will document their locations. From the
<br /> northwest corner of Lot 2, a 3/4" IP was found S79°08'E, 1.05'. From the northwest corner of Lot 2, a 3/4" IP was
<br /> found N87°16'E, 0.57'. From the Meander Line monument set at the northeast corner of Lot 2, a I" IP was found,
<br /> S77053'E, 67.14'. From the monument set closest to the lake on the line between Lots 1 & 2, a 1'/"" IP was found,
<br /> S22°10'E, 19.73'.
<br /> 3) In providing this boundary survey, no attempt has been made to obtain or show data concerning the existence,
<br /> size, depth, condition, capacity, or location of any utility existing on this site or affecting this site, whether private,
<br /> municipal or public owned.
<br /> 4) No abstract of title, nor title commitment, or results of a title search were furnished to the surveyor. All
<br /> documents of record reviewed are noted hereon. There may exist other documents of record that may affect this
<br /> surveyed parcel.
<br /> 5) The professional surveyor has made no investigation or independent search for easements of retard,
<br /> encumbrances, restrictive covenants, ownership title evidence, or any other facts that an accurate and current title
<br /> search may disclose.
<br /> 6) Subsurface and environmental conditions were not surveyed or examined or considered as part of this survey. No
<br /> evidence or statement is made concerning the existence of underground or overhead conditions, containers or facilities
<br /> that may affect the use or development of this property.
