i <br /> Long-Hayden Lake Property Owners Association Meeting <br /> June 17, 2000 <br /> Present: KarenMetcalf, Pam Oshea, Ann Wolff, George Wynn, Chris Wynn, Eric <br /> Jackson, Jerilyn Jackson, Tricia Praus. <br /> This is the first meeting of the Long-Hayden Lake Property Owners Association Meeting. <br /> The Board was elected as follows: President George Wynn, Secretary Ann Wolff, <br /> Treasurer Pam Oshea. <br /> Road Standards. All members are unsatisfied with the condition of the road, which was to <br /> be completed according to specifications by June 15, 2000. Ann will draft a letter to i <br /> Taylor Investment Corp. and email it to board members for additional suggestions. <br /> Bank account. Pam will open an account with Firstar Bank and will contact Four Seasons <br /> Realty for the transfer of the escrow account. <br /> Electricity and Phone. Pam was told by the phone company that they want to lay the <br /> phone lines at the same time the electricity is brought in. Eric said that it would be helpful <br /> for each owner to decide at what point on the property line the electricity box should be <br /> placed. George and Chris will probably be building first and will contact the electric <br /> company. They will let owners know projected..dalq., <br /> Pam asked permission to put a trailer on her property during preparation and building <br /> because she is unable to find a place to stay that will take her dogs. It was decided that <br /> necessary temporary trailers would not bother other property owners. For the sake of the <br /> property values, it is permanent trailers that we need to be cautious about. <br /> Security: KWtgt Mge9tgd4 gate or'cnaiii`for`security as well as posting of no hunting <br /> and no trespassing signage. A combination lock would be the best for everyone. There is <br /> currently a lot of hunting done on these properties. Ann will check with DNR on posting. <br /> Anyone may get information on gates and email it to others. <br /> Clearing land. A booklet available at the Siren Courthouse is very informative as to what <br /> can and cannot be done on the property. <br /> Burnett County zoning and Land Use <br /> 7410 Co. Rd. K#102 <br /> Siren WI 54872 <br /> Wetlands vs. shoreline. Pam learned that what she considered to be wetlands, was <br /> actually designated shoreline.
