Stellrecht Park <br /> Enclosed is a variance application to construct a 16' x 24' pavilion at reduced setbacks <br /> from the ordinary high water mark and road right-ofway at Milton E. Stellrecht Park on <br /> Clam Lake. Maps and supporting documentation are included with our application. The <br /> pavilion would be constructed and donated to the County by the Siren Lions Club. <br /> This park is located on a known archaeological site, and we have received approval from <br /> the Wisconsin State historical Society to proceed with constructing the pavilion in the <br /> location proposed by the Siren Lions. <br /> Because this project is located on land owned by Burnett County, we would like to <br /> request to have the application fee waived. <br /> If you have any questions or need additional information, please let me know.
