By <br /> checking the box next to the standard you are certifying that the proposed project has been designed to comply <br /> with that eligiblity standard. Failure to clearly prove you meet the standard will either result in the need for an <br /> Individual Permit or longer processing times since DNR staff will have to obtain plan details that shows the project <br /> will meet all of the standards listed below. <br /> Eligibility Standard(s) <br /> ❑ roo°/o <br /> The riprap may only be placed and maintained by a riparian. r/pre4o r,J f <br /> Ur The project site is a moderate or high energy site. <br /> Riprap placement may not exceed 200 continuous linear feet of shoreline. <br /> The riprap must follow the natural contour of the shoreline. <br /> The riprap may only be placed to the maximum height of the ordinary high water mark plus the wave height as <br /> calculated with the departments calculator. <br /> Nr Filter cloth or clean-washed gravel shall be used as a filter layer under the riprap to extend the life of the structure, <br /> Improve effectiveness and prevent soil erosion behind the riprap. <br /> Ar Rlprap shall be clean fieldstone or quarry stone 6 to 24 inches in diameter. <br /> W The final riprap slope may not exceed(be steeper than)2 feet horizontal to one foot vertical. <br /> JK The toe of the riprap may not extend more than 8 feet waterward of the ordinary high water mark. <br /> Wr Riprap or other vegetated armoring must be re-vegetated above the ordinary high water mark using native non-invasive <br /> species. <br />
