Chryst <br /> LOCATION: G.L. 5, Section 14, T40N, R15W <br /> RECEIVED: June 30, 1986 <br /> I have reviewed the above captioned Certified Survey Map and n to the <br /> following: <br /> IHLR Chapter 85.03 (2) (b) 1 states: Any easement or combination <br /> of adjacent easements which is greater than 20 feet wide shall <br /> not be considered in determining minimm lot area unless approved <br /> in writing by the department. <br /> IHLR 85 refers to Subdivisions Not Served by Public Servers. �ub- <br /> divisions are defined by state statute as 5 or more parcels of less <br /> than 1 ; acres within a 5-year period. <br /> The net area of Lot 24 includes the area lying within the 30 foot-wide <br /> access easement. If this area was not included in the lot arepl, the <br /> net area would be about 1 .46 acres. <br /> Because of the uncertainty as to the application of easement r stric- <br /> tions, I recommend that this map be approved as is.
