December 29, 2003
Burnett County Zoning Administration
Attn: Jim Flanigan, Zoning Administrator
7410 County Road K, #102
Siren, WI 54872
RE: Lot 1, CSM Volume 16, Page 191,in Government Lot 8, Section 27, Township 37
North,Range 18 West, Town of Trade Lake. Computer#034-1527-07-301
Dear Mr. Flanigan:
I am forwarding the application for the permits, which are required by the zoning
administration. I have included a check for$50 to cover the permit for the Staircase as
well as the camper. My husband and I were not able to remove the camper, as the tires
are flat. In addition, due to the snow and ice cover, we could not get our truck to hook up
to the camper as the camper is parked near the steep sloped part of our property. The
waste unit of the camper has not been used in the past or currently as there is no water or
sanitation hook-up.
Since it is winter and the camper is being used as a storage unit, we do not go to our
property from the end of October until sometime in spring.
I would like to comply with the permit requirement for the camper, but as I mentioned
previously we are unable to remove the camper until winter is completed and we can get
on solid ground to hook up our vehicle to the camper to remove it.
We have no intention on using the camper within the next three months and will move it
immediately in April once winter is over and the ground is no longer covered in snow.
I have included the required fee to obtain the camper permit.
If you have any questions, feel free to call me at work 952-842-8300 x15 or home 651-
283-7657.
Thank you for your time,
Sincerely,
Steph 'e Matson
