The access opening <br /> used to service the filter shall terminate at or above finished grade with a watertight cover. <br /> Note <br /> • The component manual used allows a`cross slope' of 1%or less. The bottom of the distribution cell <br /> shall be level per the Mound Component Manual. The"D"dimension shall be a minimum of 16". The <br /> maximum finished slope of the mound surface shall be equal to or less than 3:1 per the Mound <br /> Component Manual. <br />
