<br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES: The exterior boundaries of Lots I and 2, as shown hereon,represent that parcel of land described in
<br /> Volume 619,Page 751 of Deeds. These lots are zoned RR3.A variance was obtained from the Burnett County Zoning Office in

<br /> thence North 89 degrees 25 minutes 34 seconds West, along the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Southwest Quarter, 795.93 feet to the southeasterly right of way of State Trunk Highway Number 35;
<br /> thence, leaving said south line, North 41 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds East, along said southeasterly right of
<br /> way, 1,192.35 feet to the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
<br /> thence, leaving said southeasterly right of way, South 00 degrees 38 minutes 07 seconds East, along said east
