Section <br /> 4.4(2) of the Burnett County Land Use/Zoning Ordinance restricts the removal of <br /> vegetation, grading, and other land disturbing activities along all lakes. <br /> To correct violation and prevent additional legal action,the shoreline area must be <br /> restored and fill removed from the wetland. The Burnett County Land Conservation <br /> Department will provide a restoration plan and copies will be sent to you with the time <br /> frame for completion. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower <br /> left of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
