<br /> 1, Douglas R. Crane, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that at the
<br /> direction of Virginia King, I have surveyed, mapped and described the parcel of land which is
<br /> represented by this Certified Survey Map;
<br /> that the exterior boundaries of said parcel surveyed and mapped are described as follows:
<br /> A parcel of land located in parts of Government Lot 1 and Government Lot 2, Section 29,
<br /> Township 40 North, Range 16 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Town of Oakland, County
<br /> of Burnett, State of Wisconsin, more specifically described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of Section 29, thence S48°42'34"E, 1191.79
<br /> feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N68°17'33"E, 389.79 feet;
<br /> thence S08°59'37"W, 1165.79 feet; thence N28°33'56"W, 235.70 feet; thence 226.83
<br /> feet along the arc of a curve that is concave to the Southwest, with a radius of 753.62 feet,
<br /> a central angle of 17°14'44"and a chord bearing N37°11'18"W for 225.98 feet;
<br /> thence N45°48'40"W, 20.79 feet; thence 30.04 feet along the arc of a curve that is
<br /> concave to the Northeast, with a radius of 405.73 feet, a central angle of 4°14'32"and a
