We applied for a variance, <br /> which was not approved. <br /> The porch in question has been moved back to 11 feet from the lot line. A 4x4 post is <br /> placed at the lot line point where the survey stake is located. The other relevant survey <br /> stake is located just west of the large oak tree near Bridge road.
