Box 631 <br /> Milwaukee, WI 53201-0631 <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> I received your letter regarding the B.L.M. 's parcel of land on Devil's Lake. <br /> You asked if it was possible to secure an easement and if the site is buildable. <br /> I cannot answer your question regarding the easement. This easement would have <br /> to be secured by the owner of the property. The Town of Oakland owns Kulbeck <br /> Park and I 'm not sure if they own the portion in Section 33 or not. <br /> The parcel does seem to have enough area to build on. The setbacks of 75 feet <br /> from the ordinary high water mark of Devil's Lake, 10 feet from a side lot line <br /> and 30 feet from the front lot would need to be met.
