BURNETT COUNTY <br /> WISCONSIN <br /> RECENEDANORECOM <br /> SEP X f 2065 <br /> 37821 9.50 A-M. <br /> T Vol. Pg. 132 <br /> GIS F EED <br /> BURNETT COUNTY CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NO. 4040 <br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES CONTINUED: <br /> 5) Point `B' is a 1.66X36 inch galvanized iron pipe set replacing a bent iron pipe found. <br /> 6) Point `D' was set on a distance-distance intersect from Points `A' and `B' using distances <br /> shown on Donaghue's map. <br /> 7) From Point `D' a 1.66 inch iron pipe of unknown origin bears N89'2 VE 30.77 feet, a 1.05 <br /> inch iron pipe originating from an unrecorded survey by Raymond Buggert, dated July 22, 2004 <br /> bears S64'I FE 1.07 feet and a wood stake found bears S89°24'W 78.6 feet. <br /> 8) From the P.O.B. a 1.05 inch iron pipe originating from an unrecorded survey by Raymond <br /> Buggert, dated July 22, 2004 bears N79040'W 12.23 feet. <br /> 9) Subsurface and environmental conditions were not surveyed, examined or considered as part <br /> of this survey. No statement is made concerning the existence of underground or overhead <br /> conditions, containers or facilities that may affect the use or development of this property. <br /> 10) In providing this boundary survey no attempt has been made to obtain or show data <br /> concerning existence, size, depth, condition, capacity or location of any utility existing on the <br /> site, whether private, municipal or public owned. <br /> 11) This parcel is subject to the following easement of record: <br /> An electric transmission line easement recorded in Volume 89 of Deeds, Page 122. <br /> 12) Donaghue's unrecorded plat would be a good candidate for an Assessor's Plat. According to <br /> the platting Statutes of 1949 his subdivision should have been a state plat and recorded with the <br /> Register of Deeds. See Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 236, Section 236.16, Sale of unplatted <br /> lands; sale by metes and bounds prohibited.
