No statement is made concerning the existence of underground or overhead <br /> conditions, containers or facilities that may affect the use or development of this property. <br /> 10) In providing this boundary survey no attempt has been made to obtain or show data <br /> concerning existence, size, depth, condition, capacity or location of any utility existing on the <br /> site, whether private, municipal or public owned. <br /> 11) This parcel is subject to the following easement of record: <br /> An electric transmission line easement recorded in Volume 89 of Deeds, Page 122. <br /> 12) Donaghue's unrecorded plat would be a good candidate for an Assessor's Plat. According to <br /> the platting Statutes of 1949 his subdivision should have been a state plat and recorded with the <br /> Register of Deeds. See Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 236, Section 236.16, Sale of unplatted <br /> lands; sale by metes and bounds prohibited.
