If there is a conflict between the t ianufacturer's <br /> instructions and the plan approval,the plan approval and code requirements will take prece lence. <br /> • The force main is to be installed in the downslope area(see plot plan).The trench for the force main may not be <br /> wider than 12 inches per Mound Component Manual. <br /> • The designer proposes to install a state approved effluent filter to achieve the requirement f wastewater <br /> particle size. Pursuant to outlet filter product approval stipulations,maintenance information must be given to <br /> the owner of the POWTS explaining that periodic cleaning of the effluent filter is required. The access opening <br /> used to service the filter shall terminate at or above finished grade with a watertight cover. <br />
