See Document No. 434459 and 434460. <br /> 2) In working on this survey,I have noted the area of Lot 1 of Burnett County Certified Survey Map No. 3613, <br /> Vol.18,pages 89-90 is not correct and has been corrected hereon. <br /> 3) A Monument Waiver has been issued by Wisconsin Plat Review for the Southwest Corner of Lot 2, which <br /> falls in a driveway. The corner has been offset and monumented on the limits of the easement. <br /> 4) In providing this boundary survey,no attempt has been made to obtain or show data concerning the <br /> existence, size, depth, condition, capacity,or location of any utility existing on this site or affecting this site, <br /> whether private,municipal or public owned. <br /> 5) Alan Anderson provided a copy of an Abstract of Title for his property which was examined for this survey. <br /> This abstract was prepared by Burnett County Abstract Co. as No.13157 and appears to have been last updated in <br /> 1966 at Entry No. 70. No other results of a title search were furnished to the surveyor. All documents of record <br /> reviewed are noted hereon.
