Work will be done bylesse <br /> Trebil Foundations Systems. This project is scheduled/intended to begin on 6-8-2009. As per my <br /> discussion with Mr.Flanigan,it Is my understanding that we can remain on schedule and pour the concrete in <br /> the crawl space of the home. It was also my understanding that there was not a permit fee required for this <br /> work <br /> 2)Build a Bunkhouse addition to the North-West comer of the garage(red dashes on Plot Plan)at ground <br /> level. Proposed interior dimensions for the structure would be 19'x 24'(466 square fl) We intend on <br /> building an energy efficient addition that would Include 2x6wall construction. The contractor for the work is <br /> yet to be determined. However,we would intend on completing the interior finish work ourselves(i.e.Drywall <br /> /paneling/tdm/eta). A Construction date f6rthis project Is yet to be determined,and we understand that <br /> no construction will take place until approval by Mr.Flanigan and the Bumett County Zoning and Land Use <br /> Department has approved the plans for building and have issued a building permit. I have enclosed a check <br /> for$200(two-hundred dollars)to coverthe cost of the Bunkhouse Permit Fee and to begin the Permit <br /> process. <br /> If you have any questions,concerns,or comments...please call.
