Those violations include- <br /> 1 Construction of a patio within 75 feet of the ordinary high water mark of Sand <br /> Lake. <br /> 2, Construction of a solid farce within 75 feet of the ordinary high water mark of <br /> Sand Lake. <br /> This action was tried to the court on November 15, 2002. The court received the evidence and <br /> viewed the property on that date. Plaintiff submitted its letter brief on December 31, 2002. <br /> Defendant's reply was received on February 21,2003. This is the court's decision. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. Defendant and his family have owned the real property fcr approximately 70 <br /> years. <br /> 2. Exhibit 6 is a photo of the cabin and its relationship to the take, as it existed in <br /> 1948. <br /> 3. Exhibit 5 is a photo of the cabin taken approximately 20 years ago. <br /> 4.
