The Department of <br /> Administration does not object to this preliminary plat and certifies it as complying with the requirements <br /> o£ s. 236.16; and s. 236.20 Wis. Stats. Certification of this plat does not include review for compliance <br /> with requirements relating to private sewage systems. See "Department of Commerce Review." <br /> DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION COMMENTS: <br /> We have examined and find that,with the exceptions noted below,this preliminary plat appears to conform <br /> with the applicable layout requirements of ss. 236.16 and 236.20, Wis. Stats. <br /> s. 236.16 (3) On the final plat, the public access to CLAM LAKE at STH "70"must be shown by <br /> noting the width of such access (120') and the pertinent shoreline measurements <br /> (250'+/-) to the access. This information may be shown in the location sketch or on <br /> the plat drawing. <br /> s. 236.20 (4) (d) This section provides that lots shall have public street access unless otherwise <br /> permitted by local ordinance. Access to lots in this plat is via 33' private access <br /> easements. <br /> Before we can certify the final plat, we must receive a letter from the Town <br /> Clerk stating such access complies with local ordinance. <br /> The Town of Meenon approval will further signify that this layout complies <br /> with all local ordinance. <br /> s. 236.20(5) (c) On the final plat, complete water elevations, including high, low, and the elevation <br /> of the water at the date of survey,must be shown for Clam Lake and referenced to a <br /> permanent established datum plane. <br />
