IZU-AS, an application has been made for a building permit on the following described property, to-:Jit: -101=1 S, the percolation test for septic tank drainage does not meet the minimum standards of the County of Burnett and the State of 'Jisconsin, and 'a S, the Omer agrees to install a holding tank for septic tank purposes and the Owners are also .:ware of the fact that sanitary sewer will be built in the future to service the property above described and that they will be assessed for the installation of sanitary sewer; NOIJ, THEREFORE,, for and in consideration of the issuance by the County of Burnett of a building permit for the above premises, the parties do hereby agree and bind themselves as follows: 1. Owners agree that they will conform to all the rules and regulation of the Sanitary Code of the County of Burnett in the building of their ro�< and seVW system including the holding tank. They agree that anytime the County of Burnett through its ZoninJ; Administrator or Health Officer, deems it necessary to pump out said holding tank, the owners shall have same pumped out in 48 hours, or County will have said work done and charge same back to otmers and place same on their tax bill as a special charge. The owners further agree that the County of Burnett is hereby granted the right, license and authority to enter upon their property above described to inspect, pump and haul, if necessary, from the said holding tank. The County of Burnett agrees to pump and transport the contents of said sewerage holding tank to an approved disposal site, Sec. 146.13 and 146.14 IJisconsin Statutes 1967, and if the owner does not do so in response to orders from the County of Burnett as provided by Paragraph 1 of this agreement. 2. Owners agree that they will pay the special assessment which may be made against them on said premises above described for their property share of the cost of the installation of sanitary sewer to serve their property. 3. Owners agree that they will not at the time of installation of said sanitary serer assert any claim as to lack of benefit by reason of the fact that they have been permitted to install a holding tank; and that they will be precluded from asserting any defense in that respect as to any charge made by the County for installation of said sanitary sewer.
