August 5,2006 <br /> To: Mr. Jim Flanigan, Burnett County Zoning Administrator <br /> From: Michael and Jolene Haverkamp <br /> Subject: Building Permit for Lot 10 located at 4802 Bertram Rd-Warner Lake <br /> First,we want to thank you for your assistance in our efforts to obtain the <br /> subdivision variance for lots 10 and 11 of Rowe's Addition located at Warner <br /> Lake, Town of LaFollette. We have received the official notice of action on <br /> appeal from your office dated August 2, 2006, showing the appeal was <br /> approved.We now want to proceed with our plans for lots 10 and 11. We are <br /> first planning to update and expand the existing garage on lot 10, for which we <br /> have enclosed the land use permit. We are also moving ahead to develop <br /> building plans and site plans for the structure proposed for lot 11. We hope to <br /> have those completed sometime in September. Our first priority is to complete <br /> the existing garage expansion and we hope to begin construction in the next 2 <br /> weeks pending your office's approval of the enclosed application. <br /> We have enclosed the application for land use permit regarding lot 10 located <br /> at 4802 Bertram Road,Warner Lake, Town of LaFollette. The permit is for <br /> the expansion of the existing garage structure. We have also enclosed a plot <br /> plan drawing indicating the location of existing buildings and the proposed <br /> garage expansion highlighted in RED. The height of the expansion will match <br /> the existing structure. Please let us know if a lot line survey will be required to <br /> identify the exact lot line location for the western border of lot 10. <br /> I want to thank you for your time and consideration in assisting us with the <br /> application process.
