Dimensions of this dwelling are <br /> Twenty-eight foot by Thirty-eight feet with approximately One thousand fifty square feet of space. <br /> My intentions are to place this dwelling in between lot 287 and 286.A plot plan is enclosed with this <br /> information. Upon completion of purchase would combine all three lots to be one contiguous lot. <br /> Informal plans would include setting dwelling on site some time before winter this year with completion <br /> of foundation and exterior by spring of 2001. <br /> I have secured a hold on this dwelling for only a short period.
