Our records indicate that the present <br /> drainfield is 30.5 feet from the garage with the vent being 33.5. <br /> Also it was noted that the existing garage is less than or equal to 5 feet from the side lot line. <br /> The Land Use/Zoning Ordinance requires a 10-foot side yard setback.
