In addition, <br /> the owner must insure that the operation,maintenance and monitoring duties as described in the "In-Ground <br /> Soil Absorption Manual System"and the"Pressure Distribution Component Manual"are complied with.A copy <br /> of this information must be given to the owner upon completion of the project. <br /> • The float switch shall be a type that does not contain mercury.2009 Wisconsin Act 44 prohibits the installation <br /> of float switches or relays that contain mercury. <br /> • The revised soil test plot plan on which this approval is based shall be recorded with the original soil test. Also, <br /> a legible copy of Carl Lippert's onsite shall be attached. <br /> • The system area shall be excavated to at least 6"below the sand horizon and filled to 93.58' with C33 sand. <br /> • The gravelless system components must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions, <br /> the plan approval,and COMM 83 system sizing criteria. If there is a conflict between the manufacturer's <br /> instructions and the plan approval,the plan approval and code requirements will take precedence. <br />
