The following conditions shall be met during construction or installation and prior to occupancy or use: Key item(s) • In the event this soil absorption system or any of its component parts malfunctions so as to create a health hazard,the property owner must follow the contingency plan as described in the approved plans. In addition, the owner must insure that the operation,maintenance and monitoring duties as described in the "In-Ground Soil Absorption Manual System"and the"Pressure Distribution Component Manual"are complied with.A copy of this information must be given to the owner upon completion of the project. • The float switch shall be a type that does not contain mercury.2009 Wisconsin Act 44 prohibits the installation of float switches or relays that contain mercury. • The revised soil test plot plan on which this approval is based shall be recorded with the original soil test. Also, a legible copy of Carl Lippert's onsite shall be attached. • The system area shall be excavated to at least 6"below the sand horizon and filled to 93.58' with C33 sand. • The gravelless system components must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions, the plan approval,and COMM 83 system sizing criteria. If there is a conflict between the manufacturer's instructions and the plan approval,the plan approval and code requirements will take precedence.
