The study is dated May <br /> 2010, and was received July 6, 2010. The Department considers the presumptions used in the analysis <br /> appropriate, and the study is approved as meeting NR 116 technical requirements for application of Burnett <br /> County's Floodplain Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The hydrologic analysis determined a RFE of 988.2 ft NAVD-88. The analysis is tied to benchmark 1266-C, with <br /> an elevation of 990.32 feet NAVD-88. Benchmark 1266-C was described as follows"a brass cap stamped <br /> Department of Natural Resources"in a concrete post located 55 feet east of the intersection of West Mallard Lake <br /> Road and a road to private driveways, 26 feet south of the centerline of West Mallard Lake Road,54 feet north of <br /> Mallard Lake,and 10 feet northwest of a 16 inch cottonwood.
