When I arrived, I found a vent/access west of the cabin at <br /> 28747 Birch Island Lake Rd, Danbury, WI. It seems to me that it is an illegal cesspool and under <br /> the definition of WI Admin Code 383.32(1)(d), it must be replaced. <br /> Therefore, you are hereby ordered to replace the illegal/failing septic system with a code <br /> compliant one by no later than 11/05/2015. <br /> You may start this process by contacting a WI-licensed master plumber to evaluate the site and <br /> provide the Burnett County Zoning Office with a sanitary application proposing the new septic <br /> system location and size. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact me at any time.
