OUTDOOR PARKING <br /> 7,1) No vehicles, including trailers and motor homes, shall be parked in an outdoor <br /> parking space more than 72 consecutive hours. If there are unavoidable <br /> circumstances, it is the responsibility of the owner/Resident to inform the <br /> Association. <br /> 7.2) Vehicles using the outdoor parking lot must be fully operational and currently <br /> licensed for road operation. Operational shall be defined as a vehicle which can be <br /> for <br /> started and moved every 72 hours. Owner is responsible to make arrangements <br /> vehicles to be moved when leaving the area for extended periods. <br /> 7.3) Parking is allowed in designated spaces ONLY. Spaces on both sides of the south <br /> garage are designated for compact cars only. COST <br /> OF THE REMOVAL, STORAGE AND ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGE SHALL BE <br /> BONE BY THE OWNER OF SAID VEHICLE. NO WARNING OF REMOVAL, <br /> EXCEPT THE ABOVE, WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF <br /> VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF ANY PARKING REGULATIONS. <br /> Traffic signs are for the safety of all. Any resident who do not comply are <br /> threatening the safety of others.
