McKinney : <br /> At the April 7th , 1992 Zoning committee meeting your conditional <br /> permit for a camping unit was discussed . This permit issued in <br /> 1974 was for seasonal camping from May 1st to December 1st . <br /> The committee noted that no time limits or renewal requirements <br /> were indicated with the granting of this permit. It was also noted <br /> that in 1974 ther were no time limits for camping units in the <br /> ordinance . <br /> The committee felt that in this perti.cular permit , no yearly <br /> renewal seemed to be required . The committee also asked that this <br /> be checked with our legal council . After checking with corporation <br /> council it was agreed that yearly renewal would not be required .
