It takes into account additional <br /> areas within the buffer zone that were disturbed as noted in the 2007 citation. <br /> The plan is in response to the court order of 11/28/07 that directed the landowner to restore the buffer <br /> area following conviction for filling and grading in excess of 6,000 square feet within the shoreland area <br /> and violating the shoreline buffer zone. The landowner was given until September 1, 2008 to complete <br /> the restoration. The restoration was to be completed according to standards from the Burnett County <br /> Land and Water Conservation Department. The landowner has made no request for assistance to date. <br />
