BURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATION <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER <br /> 7410 County Road K,#102 Phone(715)349-2138 <br /> Siren,Wisconsin 54872 <br /> September 27, 2000 <br /> Frank Quirk <br /> 106 Bimamwood Dr. <br /> Burnsville,MN 55337 <br /> Dear Mr. Quirk: <br /> On September 26, 2000 I conducted an onsite at your property located at 26545 North <br /> Lipsett Lake Road. <br /> The purpose of this onsite was to determine the setback of your existing cabin from the <br /> ordinary high water mark of Lipsett Lake. <br /> The setback from the lake was determined to be 37' on one corner and 38' on the other <br /> corner. <br /> As per the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, structures with less than a 40' setback <br /> are only permitted ordinary maintenance and repair(see attached ordinance section). <br /> In response to your proposed building addition, our office would have to deny this <br /> application. The intent of the Land Use Ordinance is to prohibit further expansion of <br /> structures at less than 40' to the ordinary high water mark of a lake. <br /> Please contact our office should you have additional questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Keith E.
