<br /> SURVEYOR'S NOTES:
<br /> 1) This survey depicted hereon is a survey of an existing parcel described in Warranty Deed,
<br /> Volume 228, page 145. My client purchased this land in 1958.
<br /> 2) Access to the parcel surveyed hereon became an issue and the subject of a court case
<br /> (06-CV-232). I have a transcript of the final proceedings in which the parties declared a
<br /> stipulated settlement. This survey is part of the settlement. The owners of Lot 3, CSM, V.8,
<br /> p.310 agreed to grant a 20' access easement to the owners of the land surveyed hereon. In
<br /> addition, they agreed to execute documents to give my client his full 75 feet of lot width in the
<br /> event there was an overlap. In our survey we found that a significant overlap exists and we have
<br /> monumented the lot with the full 75 feet of lot width as per the agreement.
<br /> 3) In providing this boundary survey, no attempt has been made to obtain or show data
<br /> concerning the existence, size, depth, condition, capacity, or location of any utility existing on
<br /> this site or affecting this site, whether private, municipal or public owned.
<br /> 4) No abstract of title, nor title commitment, or results of a title search were furnished to the
<br /> surveyor. All documents of record reviewed are noted hereon. There may exist other
<br /> documents of record that may affect this surveyed parcel.
<br /> 5) The professional surveyor has made no investigation or independent search for easements of
<br /> record, encumbrances, restrictive covenants, ownership title evidence, or any other facts that an
<br /> accurate and current title search may disclose.

<br /> direction of Richard Mockler, I have surveyed, mapped and described the parcel of land which is
<br /> represented by this Certified Survey Map;
<br /> that the exterior boundaries of said parcel surveyed and mapped are described as follows:
<br /> A parcel of land located in Government Lot 1, Section 11, Township 39 North, Range 14
<br /> West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Town of Rusk, County of Burnett, State of Wisconsin,
<br /> more specifically described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at Meander Comer#5; thence along a Meander Line of Lipsett Lake,
<br /> N75°20'59"W, 77.02 feet;
<br /> thence leaving the Meander Line,NOI°30'34"E, 172.49 feet;
<br /> thence S88°29'26"E, 75.00 feet;
<br /> thence SOI°30'34"W, 190.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
<br /> Intending that all lands between the Meander Line and the Shore of Lipsett Lake shall be part of
<br /> the adjoining parcel;
<br /> that to the best of my knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map is a correct representation
