As <br /> discussed previously the Burnett County Land Use Committee has agreed to allow reconstruction <br /> of a replacement structure based on documentation of the existing building size. Mr. Berg has <br /> provided that documentation. A 24'x28' (672 sq. ft.)replacement structure will be allowed. <br /> In reviewing the sanitary system capabilities with our state wastewater specialist(Mr. Carl <br /> Lippert)we found that the existing system will not meet the current sanitary code requirements <br /> for septic tank sizing and the square footage for the existing distribution system is unknown. <br /> Carl indicated that a POWTS capabilities form can't be used for undersized system components. <br /> In order to secure a land use permit for the replacement structure a new sanitary permit will be <br /> required for cabin#3. <br /> Please contact our office should you have additional questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Keith E.
