Our recommendation will be vastly <br /> different if water is included. We will comment as no water involved. <br /> The south "garden"must stay behind the 35 foot primary buffer setback with all native <br /> vegetation in the buffer left undisturbed. Based on the drawing it is very close to the 35 foot, no- <br /> touch natural vegetation zone and should be able to be adjusted to be outside the 35' buffer. <br /> As a dry feature, it would be beneficial for them to have a hard surface/roof infiltration function <br /> as well as an aesthetic one to reduce any erosion/runoff potential. <br /> If the features have a water component, there are many additional questions that would need to <br /> be answered such as: Will the water flow?; Where would an outlet be?
