AT&T also intends <br /> to expand the fence and construct an 11'5"by 20'equipment shatter near the base of the tower. I was <br /> verbally told by an employee of your office that no permits are needed to co-locate antennas or to <br /> expand the fence. However, please find the following associated with the LUP application for the <br /> proposed AT&T equipment shelter. <br /> • The original completed and signed Application For Land Use Permit form. <br /> • A check for the$125 application fee for a commercial accessory building. <br /> • Two(2) 11 by 17-inch copies of the Construction Drawings. <br /> Upon issuance, please send the permit to me at the address below.
