Our office <br /> and the Register of Deeds Office are separate. Also, the Privy Agreement cannot be <br /> recorded because the form was not notarized. Enclosed is a new form to complete. <br /> Please have this notarized and send back the appropriate checks and then we will issue <br /> your permits. <br /> Thank you for taking care of these permits. Remember that a Land Use Permit may still <br /> be required for the decking that was constructed for a future cabin. <br /> As discussed we can wait until April/May for the potential purchase of adjoining <br /> property. <br /> Please keep our office notified on your progress. <br /> Thank you. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Keith E.
