Our office <br /> and the Register of Deeds Office are separate. Also, the Privy Agreement cannot be <br /> recorded because the form was not notarized. Enclosed is a new form to complete. <br /> Please have this notarized and send back the appropriate checks and then we will issue <br /> your permits. <br /> Thank you for taking care of these permits.
